Customer Service Courses

We offer 5 specially designed, short Customer Service courses. All qualifications are accredited by City & Guilds and successful participants will receive a nationally recognised qualification. These courses can be delivered as two (for Level 2) or three day (for Level 3) workshops or as separate half day sessions depending on the demands of your business.

To keep the costs down the course price covers delivery which takes place at either your workplace or our own premises and does not include lunch or refreshments. If you wish to hold the course at a named location or to have refreshments provided these requests can be accommodated for an added fee.
